Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager with 3-4 years of experience and an LLB degree to oversee the efficient operation and management of our properties in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property value, and managing all aspects of property operations, including lease administration, financial reporting, and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance and tenant services.
- Oversee lease administration, including drafting, reviewing, and enforcing lease agreements. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and capital improvement projects.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, including rent collection, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
