Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA / QC Manager with 1-3 years of experience for our Beauty & Personal Care division. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Sc. degree and be passionate about ensuring the highest quality standards in our product development and manufacturing processes. This role is crucial in maintaining product integrity and consumer safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods in the beauty and personal care sector.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address deviations.
Collaborate with R&D, Production, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
Stay updated with the latest quality management techniques and industry best practices.
Support new product development by ensuring quality considerations are integrated from the outset.
