We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Quality Assurance (QA) professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and a passion for ensuring the highest quality standards in our digital products. This role is crucial in identifying and rectifying defects, contributing to the overall user experience and product reliability within the fast-paced beauty and personal care e-commerce sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify software defects and ensure product quality.
Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing across web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide timely feedback.
Log, track, and manage defects using bug tracking systems, ensuring resolution and retesting.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Participate in the review of system specifications, technical design documents, and user stories.
