You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, ensuring adherence to quality standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of training materials, modules, and presentations for new hires and existing employees.
- Conduct training sessions on product knowledge, process adherence, compliance, and soft skills.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance monitoring.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to improve their performance.
- Maintain training records and generate reports on training activities and outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes relevant to the NBFC sector.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Ensure all training activities align with company policies and quality standards.
