Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will support the project management team in cost estimation, contract administration, and financial control for our hospitality projects, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and tender documents for new hotel constructions and renovations.
- Support in evaluating tender submissions and preparing comparative statements.
- Monitor project expenditures and track costs against budget, identifying any potential variances.
- Assist in the preparation of progress payment certificates and final accounts.
- Review and process contractor invoices and claims.
- Maintain accurate project cost records and documentation.
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and contractors to resolve cost-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
- Contribute to value engineering exercises to optimize project costs.
