Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team at our Pune facility. The ideal candidate will possess an MBA/PGDM and have a keen eye for detail, with a focus on cost management and project financial control within the automotive manufacturing sector. This role is crucial for ensuring the cost-effectiveness and profitability of our various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in cost estimation and budget preparation for new automotive projects and manufacturing processes.

Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budget constraints.

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and tender documents for procurement of materials and services.

Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate favorable terms.

Conduct site visits to verify work progress and measure quantities.

Manage variations and claims, ensuring accurate cost adjustments.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to achieve project objectives.

Maintain accurate cost records and prepare financial reports for management.
