Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Release Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and a foundational understanding of software development lifecycles and release processes within the infrastructure and real estate sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient deployment of our software solutions, contributing to the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating software release schedules and activities.
- Monitor the release process to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure timely and successful deployments.
- Maintain release documentation, including release notes and deployment guides.
- Support the execution of release plans and track progress against milestones.
- Participate in post-release reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with established release management procedures and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the release cycle.
