Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Reputation Risk Analyst. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent Master's graduate with a keen interest in understanding and mitigating reputational threats within the dynamic engineering and construction sector. You will support the Reputation Risk team in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on potential risks that could impact the company's brand and stakeholder trust.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring media, social media, and other relevant channels for reputational risks and emerging issues.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and public sentiment related to L&T's operations.
- Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and communication plans.
- Help prepare reports and presentations on reputational risk assessments and findings for senior management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments to gather information and ensure consistent risk management practices.
- Maintain and update databases of identified risks, incidents, and mitigation actions.
- Provide administrative support to the Reputation Risk team as needed.
