Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing revenue operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and contributing to the strategic financial planning of the BPO services division. This role requires a strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and a proactive approach to financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze revenue streams, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure accurate and timely revenue forecasting and budgeting.
- Prepare detailed revenue reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure proper revenue recognition and compliance with accounting standards.
- Reconcile revenue accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue collection and minimize revenue leakage.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports.
