Career Opportunity: Rig Supervisor (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rig Supervisor with 2-4 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The Rig Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the setup, operation, and maintenance of specialized equipment and rigs used in our electronic component manufacturing and testing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, process optimization, and hands-on technical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the installation, calibration, and operational readiness of manufacturing and testing rigs.
- Ensure all rigging operations are conducted safely and efficiently, adhering to industry standards and company protocols.
- Monitor rig performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize rig configurations for new product introductions and process improvements.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all assigned rigs.
- Train and guide junior technicians on rig operation and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of rig usage, maintenance, and performance data.
- Contribute to the design and development of new rigging solutions or modifications to existing ones, leveraging M.Des expertise.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues related to the rigs.
