Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and analytical Risk Consultant with 3-5 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. This role involves leveraging design thinking and user-centric approaches to identify, assess, and mitigate risks within our software product development lifecycle. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality, security, and compliance of our innovative software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and analyses for new and existing software products, focusing on user experience, data privacy, and operational integrity.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, translating complex technical risks into understandable visual representations and actionable plans.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and legal teams to integrate risk management principles into the design and development process.
- Create user journey maps, risk matrices, and other visual tools to communicate potential risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to identify potential usability-related risks and propose design-led solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively identify emerging risks and advise on necessary adjustments to our product strategies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our risk management frameworks and processes, ensuring they are user-friendly and effective.
