Career Opportunity: Security Engineer / Analyst (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Security Engineer / Analyst to join our IT security team in Pune. This role is crucial for safeguarding our corporate network, systems, and sensitive data within the food processing industry. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor security alerts and incidents, performing initial triage and investigation.
- Implement and manage security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint protection).
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Respond to security incidents, including containment, eradication, and recovery efforts.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into system design and operations.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies relevant to the food processing industry.
