Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track project progress from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, technical, client services) to facilitate seamless project workflows.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any queries or concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and delivery schedules.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the delivery process and proactively propose solutions.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet the agreed-upon specifications and client requirements.
- Support the service delivery manager in resource allocation and task management.
