We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service / Maintenance Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and a strong understanding of maintenance processes within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring all equipment and facility systems are in optimal working condition.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all critical machinery and infrastructure.

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Manage spare parts inventory and ensure adequate stock levels for essential components.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

Assist in the training and development of junior maintenance staff.

Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to address maintenance-related concerns.
