Career Opportunity: Site Supervisor (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in overseeing construction or interior fit-out projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, adhering to all design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily on-site operations, coordinating labor and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.

Monitor project progress against the schedule, identifying and resolving any delays or issues promptly.

Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality control measures, and building codes.

Review and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Manage site inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring adequate supply and preventing waste.

Maintain accurate daily reports, including progress, safety incidents, and resource allocation.

Liaise with project managers, architects, clients, and vendors to address concerns and provide updates.

Ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards and meets client expectations.
