Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to understand the psychological needs and challenges of employees.
- Develop and implement individual and group intervention strategies to improve mental toughness, focus, and stress management.
- Provide counseling and support to employees facing performance anxieties, burnout, or other psychological distress.
- Educate employees on mental health strategies, resilience building, and performance enhancement techniques.
- Collaborate with HR and management to integrate psychological support into employee development programs.
- Design and deliver workshops and training sessions on topics such as team cohesion, communication, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain confidential records of client interactions and progress.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in sports psychology and organizational psychology.
