We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Store Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Surat. As a Store Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually appealing and functional retail store layouts that align with brand identity and enhance customer experience. This role requires a strong understanding of spatial design, aesthetics, and user engagement, coupled with a technical aptitude to translate creative ideas into practical designs. A Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree is required, demonstrating a strong foundation in logical thinking and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative store design concepts and layouts that optimize space utilization and customer flow.
- Create detailed design proposals, including 2D and 3D renderings, mood boards, and material specifications.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure designs meet brand standards and business objectives.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture to create an engaging and on-brand store environment.
- Oversee the implementation of store designs, working closely with contractors and suppliers.
- Conduct site surveys and analyze existing store layouts to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest retail design trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes and safety regulations.
