Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Switching / Router Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic IT infrastructure team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our enterprise-level network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and optimal performance for our retail operations across India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy enterprise-grade routers and switches (e.g., Cisco, Juniper) to support our growing retail network.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize traffic flow and ensure network stability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, including connectivity problems, performance degradation, and security vulnerabilities.
- Implement and manage network security protocols, firewalls, and VPNs to protect company data and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network upgrades and new deployments.
- Maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configuration details, and standard operating procedures.
