Career Opportunity: System Administrator / Engineer (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented System Administrator / Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our IT team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of our systems. This role requires a solid understanding of network and system administration principles, with a B.Sc degree in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and other IT infrastructure components.
- Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure by implementing and maintaining security measures.
- Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of new IT projects and upgrades.
