Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical System Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our IT team at Lemon Tree Hotels in Indore. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of business processes within the hospitality industry. You will be instrumental in analyzing our current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for IT systems.
- Design, develop, and implement system improvements and new functionalities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to gather requirements and provide IT support.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues or bottlenecks.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend solutions that can benefit the company.
- Assist in the implementation and integration of new software and hardware.
- Provide support to end-users, addressing queries and resolving technical issues.
