We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Team Lead / Network Manager. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong technical foundation and a desire to contribute to critical national security infrastructure. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing our network operations, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small team of network technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
• Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data.
• Perform regular network audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network services.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and provide regular reports on network status.
