We are seeking a motivated and organized Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Thane. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience looking to take on leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for guiding a small team, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide a team of production line workers, ensuring adherence to work instructions and safety protocols.
Monitor daily production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
Ensure the quality of manufactured products meets established standards and specifications.
Train new team members and provide ongoing support and feedback to existing staff.
