Key Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a team of production/operational staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Implement and monitor operational processes to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve output.

Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement, developing and executing action plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, quality assurance, supply chain) to ensure seamless workflow.

Manage resources effectively, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
