We are seeking a highly qualified and enthusiastic Technical Trainer to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, a Doctorate/PhD, and 2-4 years of relevant training experience. You will be responsible for designing curriculum, conducting engaging training sessions, and assessing learning outcomes to ensure our team maintains the highest standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging technical training programs for hotel staff across various departments (e.g., F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping).
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, tailored to a Doctorate/PhD level of understanding and practical application.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance monitoring.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in hospitality and incorporate them into training content.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees as needed.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
- Maintain training records and report on progress and outcomes.
