In this role, you will be instrumental in generating leads, promoting our engineering and construction services, and driving sales through effective telephonic communication. Your understanding of legal frameworks and contract nuances, gained through your LLM, will be a unique asset in understanding client needs and company offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls to generate interest in L&T's engineering and construction services.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our diverse project offerings, from infrastructure development to specialized engineering solutions.
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate how our services can meet their needs, leveraging your analytical skills.
- Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and provide accurate information.
- Schedule follow-up calls and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain a detailed record of all telephonic interactions and client information in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and improve customer outreach.
