We are seeking a motivated and analytical Tool Room Engineer with an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to kickstart their career in the BPO/Call Centre industry, focusing on optimizing operational tools and processes. You will contribute to enhancing efficiency and effectiveness within our service delivery functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of tools and systems used in BPO operations.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in tool utilization and process efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their tool requirements and provide solutions.
Support the implementation of new tools and technologies, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users on new tools and processes.
Monitor tool performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and customer satisfaction.
