Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Travel Desk Coordinator with 3-4 years of experience to manage and streamline all aspects of corporate travel for our Delhi office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and seamless travel arrangements for our employees, aligning with company policies and travel budgets. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail, suitable for an individual with a BBA/BBM background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and visa processing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure competitive rates and favorable terms.
• Ensure all travel bookings comply with company travel policies, duty of care requirements, and budget constraints.
• Provide support and assistance to employees regarding their travel plans, itinerary changes, and on-trip requirements.
• Manage travel-related expenses, process invoices, and prepare reports on travel expenditure and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate travel records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
• Handle urgent travel requests and resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
