Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement travel policies and procedures to optimize travel expenses and ensure compliance.
- Manage all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and visa processing.
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to secure favorable rates and services.
- Utilize travel management software to book, track, and manage all employee travel.
- Provide timely and accurate travel support to employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
