We are seeking a creative and organized TV Producer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Arts degree and a passion for creating engaging video content that showcases Mahindra's leading automotive products and brand. This role involves overseeing all aspects of video production from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to develop video concepts and storyboards aligned with brand messaging and campaign objectives.

Manage pre-production activities including scriptwriting, scheduling, budgeting, and talent coordination.

Oversee on-site production, directing crews, and ensuring adherence to creative vision and technical requirements.

Manage post-production processes, including editing, sound mixing, graphics, and color correction.

Ensure all video content meets broadcast standards and is optimized for various platforms (e.g., social media, website, corporate events).

Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed.

Maintain production timelines and deliver projects within budget.
