Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented User Research Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic gaming team in Noida. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about understanding player behavior and translating insights into actionable product improvements. You will play a key role in shaping the player experience across our diverse gaming portfolio. Post Graduation is not a mandatory requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct user research studies, including surveys, interviews, usability tests, and focus groups, to gather insights into player needs, preferences, and pain points.

Analyze research data and synthesize findings into clear, concise, and actionable reports and presentations for product, design, and engineering teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and methodologies.

Advocate for the user by sharing research insights and ensuring that player feedback is integrated into the product development lifecycle.

Assist in recruiting participants for research studies.

Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in user research and the gaming industry.
