We are seeking a meticulous and client-focused Visa / Immigration Consultant with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will possess a BCA degree and a strong understanding of visa and immigration processes, particularly for individuals seeking opportunities within multinational corporations in the urban transport sector in India. You will be responsible for guiding clients through complex application procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and facilitating smooth relocation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on various visa and immigration pathways, including work permits, residency applications, and other relevant immigration services.
Manage end-to-end visa application processes, from initial consultation and documentation gathering to submission and follow-up with immigration authorities.
Stay updated on the latest immigration laws, policies, and procedures in India and relevant destination countries.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of client eligibility and advise on the best course of action.
Liaise with government agencies, embassies, consulates, and other relevant bodies to facilitate the immigration process.
Assist clients with relocation logistics, including housing, schooling, and other settlement needs.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the immigration process.
