This role is ideal for an individual with a postgraduate degree and 1-2 years of experience, eager to make a tangible impact through social programs and public outreach within the Petrochemical/Plastics/Rubber industry context. The volunteer will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of various CSR projects, fostering positive community relations and contributing to sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the research, development, and implementation of social and public service projects aligned with SRF's CSR objectives.
- Support the organization and execution of community outreach programs, health camps, educational initiatives, and environmental sustainability projects.
- Engage with local communities to understand their needs and gather feedback on ongoing projects.
- Help in coordinating with NGOs, government bodies, and other stakeholders for effective project delivery.
- Contribute to monitoring and evaluation of project impact, including data collection and report preparation.
- Maintain records and documentation related to CSR activities and volunteer engagement.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas for social impact enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures during project execution.
