Career Opportunity: Wireless Network Engineer (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: DLF Limited is seeking a skilled Wireless Network Engineer with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our wireless network infrastructure, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability across all our projects and corporate offices. This role requires a strong understanding of wireless technologies and network protocols, coupled with problem-solving abilities to address complex network challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and manage robust wireless network solutions (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular) for diverse environments, including corporate offices, construction sites, and residential complexes.

Perform network performance tuning, troubleshooting, and capacity planning to ensure optimal wireless connectivity and user experience.

Implement and maintain network security measures, including WPA2/WPA3 encryption, access control lists (ACLs), and intrusion detection/prevention systems.

Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to integrate wireless solutions with existing wired networks and other IT infrastructure.

Conduct site surveys and analyze network requirements to determine optimal placement of access points and network hardware.

Stay updated with the latest wireless technologies, industry trends, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements.

Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
