Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming cargo, verifying against shipping documents.
- Organize and maintain inventory of goods in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and accessibility.
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including documentation, labeling, and coordination with logistics partners.
- Track cargo movement and provide updates on shipment status to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations related to cargo handling.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliation.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors regarding cargo matters.
