We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cargo Agent/Officer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient and safe handling of all cargo operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth flow of goods and upholding our commitment to timely and secure cargo delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the cargo department, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of all types of cargo.

Ensure accurate documentation, including waybills, manifests, and customs declarations, for all shipments.

Coordinate with ground staff, flight operations, and other relevant departments to ensure efficient cargo loading and unloading.

Monitor cargo handling procedures to maintain safety standards and prevent damage or loss of goods.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to cargo shipments promptly and professionally.

Maintain records of cargo movements, inventory, and operational performance.

Assist in the implementation of new cargo handling technologies and processes.
