Key Responsibilities:
- Processing cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Issuing receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.
- Balancing cash drawers and reconciling daily transactions.
- Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Assisting customers with inquiries and resolving payment-related issues.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures for financial handling.
- Collaborating with the finance department to ensure smooth financial operations.
