Cashier for BBA/BBM Graduates (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Cashier with 3-4 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our dynamic team. The Cashier will be responsible for managing all financial transactions accurately and efficiently within our retail operations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle cash and card payments with precision. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.

Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods, ensuring all transactions are balanced at the end of each shift.

Maintain a clean and organized cash counter, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.

Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any payment-related issues.

Perform opening and closing procedures for the cash counter, including cash reconciliation and deposit preparation.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and security.

Collaborate with the store management team to identify opportunities for process improvement.
