Casting Director (0-1 Yrs) | Ahmedabad

We are looking for a budding Casting Director with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for an individual with 0-1 years of experience eager to dive into the world of talent acquisition for fitness content and campaigns. You will assist in identifying, vetting, and onboarding talent that aligns with our brand's vision and fitness ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in scouting and identifying potential talent (trainers, influencers, actors) for various fitness-related projects and marketing campaigns.

Manage and maintain a database of talent, including their profiles, availability, and contact information.

Coordinate auditions, interviews, and casting calls, ensuring smooth logistical execution.

Liaise with internal teams (marketing, content, production) to understand talent requirements and project briefs.

Assist in negotiating terms and finalizing contracts with selected talent, under supervision.

Utilize technical skills gained from MCA to manage data, potentially develop simple tools for talent tracking, or analyze casting data.

Stay updated with industry trends in talent and fitness content creation.
