Casting Director

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Casting Director to lead the casting process for our various print and digital media projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent and a deep understanding of the Indian media landscape. You will be responsible for identifying, auditioning, and selecting actors, models, and other performers to best represent our brand and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute casting strategies for print advertisements, digital content, and promotional materials.
• Scout for new talent across various platforms, including agencies, social media, and industry events.
• Organize and conduct auditions, providing direction and feedback to potential candidates.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, marketing teams, and photographers to understand project requirements and vision.
• Manage casting budgets and negotiate talent fees.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of talent, including their portfolios and contact information.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging talent, and casting best practices in India.
