Casting Director

Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Casting Director to join our dynamic team. The Casting Director will be responsible for identifying, auditioning, and selecting talent for various television shows, radio programs, and other media productions. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with production teams, directors, and writers to understand character needs and creative vision.
- Maintain and build a comprehensive database of talent, including their profiles, portfolios, and contact information.
- Negotiate contracts and fees with talent and their representatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new talent, and emerging performers.
- Manage casting logistics, including scheduling auditions, booking studios, and coordinating with agents.
- Provide recommendations and justifications for casting decisions to the production team.
