Job Description
Role Summary: The Casting Director will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing talent for various legal video content and promotional campaigns. This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the legal landscape in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify potential candidates (lawyers, legal experts, actors for legal roles) for video projects, webinars, and marketing materials.
Develop and maintain a database of talent, including profiles, specializations, and availability.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and casting needs.
Conduct auditions, interviews, and screen tests to evaluate candidates' suitability.
Negotiate contracts and fees with selected talent.
Manage talent schedules and ensure timely participation in shoots and recordings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with talent agencies, law firms, and individual legal professionals.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and casting.
