Casting Director

Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Casting Director to lead the casting process for our upcoming marketing campaigns and brand content. This role will be instrumental in finding the right talent that aligns with Haldiram's brand image and resonates with our diverse customer base across India. The Casting Director will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring our brand stories to life through compelling visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and identify potential talent, including actors, models, influencers, and everyday people, who fit specific project briefs and brand guidelines.

- Collaborate with advertising agencies, production houses, and talent agents to secure the best possible talent.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of potential talent, including their portfolios, contact information, and performance history.
- Negotiate contracts and fees with talent and their representatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging talent, and casting best practices within the Indian market.
- Work within budget constraints and manage casting timelines effectively.
