We are seeking a creative and experienced Casting Director with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. The Casting Director will be responsible for identifying, auditioning, and selecting talent for various creative projects within the company, ensuring alignment with project requirements and brand vision. This role requires a strong understanding of visual aesthetics, performance nuances, and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and identify potential talent through various channels, including online platforms, agencies, and industry networks.

Organize and conduct auditions, providing clear direction and evaluating candidates' suitability for roles.

Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and talent specifications.

Manage the casting process efficiently, including scheduling, talent communication, and contract negotiations.

Maintain a database of talent and build strong relationships with actors, models, and other performers.

Ensure diversity and inclusivity in talent selection, reflecting a broad range of backgrounds and perspectives.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging talent, and best practices in casting.
