Casting Director - Entry Level Role

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Casting Director with an M.Tech degree and 0-1 years of experience to join our Engineering & Construction team in Lucknow. This entry-level position will support the identification, assessment, and onboarding of specialized technical talent required for our complex projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring we have the right people with the right skills at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing and implementing casting strategies for technical roles within the Engineering & Construction division.
* Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including professional networks, job boards, and academic institutions.
* Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and experience against job requirements, with a focus on candidates possessing an M.Tech or equivalent.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews, and participate in the initial screening of candidates.
* Conduct preliminary assessments of technical skills and cultural fit.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
* Collaborate with HR and project management teams to understand specific talent needs and project timelines.
* Support the onboarding process for selected candidates.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging talent pools in the Engineering & Construction sector.
