We are seeking a talented and experienced Casting Director with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for identifying and securing the right talent for our various projects within the agrochemical sector. You will be responsible for the entire casting process, from initial outreach to final selection, ensuring we attract individuals who align with our company's vision and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective casting strategies to source potential candidates for various roles within the company.
Utilize a deep understanding of the agrochemical industry to identify candidates with relevant technical and domain expertise.
Manage the entire casting lifecycle, including outreach, screening, interviewing, and negotiation.
Maintain relationships with talent agencies, industry contacts, and potential candidates.
Leverage your MCA background to manage and analyze candidate data, generate reports, and identify trends.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging talent acquisition technologies.
