Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Catalog Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining our extensive library of film and music assets, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for various departments. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of metadata management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update the digital and physical asset catalog for films and music.
Ensure accurate and consistent metadata entry, including titles, artists, genres, release dates, and rights information.
Liaise with production, distribution, and legal teams to gather necessary asset information and documentation.
Assist in organizing and maintaining physical archives and digital storage systems.
Perform regular audits of the catalog to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Generate reports on catalog status and asset utilization as required.
Support the implementation and improvement of catalog management systems and workflows.
