Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Catalog Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team at Pratham Education Foundation in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing educational materials and resources, ensuring accurate cataloging and accessibility for our programs. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for contributing to educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the inventory of educational materials, books, and resources.
- Accurately catalog new materials, assigning appropriate codes and descriptions.
- Ensure all cataloged items are properly stored and accessible.
- Assist in developing and implementing cataloging procedures and standards.
- Coordinate with program teams to understand their material needs.
- Prepare reports on catalog status, inventory levels, and usage.
- Support in organizing and maintaining digital archives of learning resources.
- Conduct regular audits of the catalog and inventory to ensure accuracy.
