Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Catalog Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our Manufacturing & Production division in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of catalog management principles and a keen eye for detail. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of our product and material catalogs, directly impacting our procurement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the accuracy and integrity of product and material catalogs in ERP/PLM systems.
- Ensure all catalog data, including technical specifications, pricing, and supplier information, is up-to-date and correctly categorized.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and supply chain teams to gather and validate catalog content.
- Develop and implement catalog standards and best practices.
- Perform data cleansing and enrichment activities to improve catalog quality.
- Generate reports on catalog performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the onboarding of new products and materials into the catalog system.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in catalog management.
