We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Catalog Manager with 0-2 years of experience to join our Hardware & Networking division. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent graduate with a B.A. degree who is looking to kickstart their career in managing and optimizing product catalogs within the technology sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring our product information is accurate, comprehensive, and appealing to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation, maintenance, and updating of product catalog data for hardware and networking equipment.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of product specifications, descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
- Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to gather product information and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Perform data entry and data cleansing to maintain the integrity of the catalog database.
- Monitor competitor catalogs and industry trends to identify opportunities for catalog enhancement.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding product information.
- Support the implementation of new catalog management tools and processes.
- Assist in categorizing and tagging products for improved searchability and navigation.
- Generate basic reports on catalog performance and data quality.
