Catalog Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catalog Manager to lead the development, management, and optimization of our product and service catalogs. The Catalog Manager will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and usability of our catalog data, driving catalog strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement catalog management strategies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all platforms.
- Define and maintain catalog structures, taxonomies, and metadata standards.
- Oversee the creation, enrichment, and maintenance of product and service information, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, sales, and engineering teams to gather requirements and ensure catalog data aligns with business objectives.
- Implement and manage catalog management tools and technologies.
- Analyze catalog performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Train and guide team members on catalog management best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for catalog processes and workflows.
